G-Eazy will be heading back out on the road for The Endless Summer Tour in July, with some high-profile acts gracing the stage beside him. To increase hype for the upcoming trek, Live Nation released a teaser video on Friday (May 25), previewing what’s to come in a sit-down interview with the busy Young Gerald.
“[Going] from dive bars with 30 people there to arenas, it gets surreal, but at the same time, it happened so gradually and it grew over the years,” the Bay area native reflects. G-Eazy also touches on how much it meant for him to be able to headline a concert at Oracle Arena. “I’ve driven passed that arena my entire life. I used to go to Warriors games when I was a little kid and sit in the nosebleeds with my mom and brother. I always wanted to headline and sell it out. We did that and it meant everything,” the 29-year-old says.
Tickets are still available for The Endless Summer Tour, which will be assisted by Philly’s Lil Uzi Vert, R&B star Ty Dolla $ign, YBN Nahmir, P-Lo and Murda Beatz. The North American road trip begins on July 20 in Washington before making stops at a plethora of major cities across the country, wrapping up in West Palm Beach, Fla. after Labor Day on Sept. 8.
In the meantime, G-Eazy celebrated his birthday on Thursday (May 24) by blessing fans with some new music heading into Memorial Day Weekend. The trio of fresh tracks serve as part of The Vault EP he’s been previously holding onto. The “No Limit” rapper is also currently finishing up the remaining dates of his The Beautiful & Damned Europe Tour.
