Rapper Future made his Saturday Night Live debut on March 5, coming off a successful run of three No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 in recent months.

The Atlanta native promised a “sensational” show leading up to Saturday night’s episode — and he didn’t fail to deliver.
To kick things off, the rapper popped in during host Jonah Hill’s opening monologue.
“This is my fourth time hosting, so I thought I’d mix it up,” Hill said. “We have an amazing guest tonight: Future. I am such a big fan of Future, I figure let’s just kick things off with a musical performance with Future featuring Drake.”

When Drake failed to appear, Hill welcomed the opportunity to fill in for the Toronto rapper and joined Future on the collaborative song “Jumpman.”
