In “My Environment,” which dropped overnight on his Soundcloud page, the Paterson, N.J. rapper reflects on his background and the tough hood he was raised in.
“Everyday the only mission, gotta stack the green/A couple million for my children, gotta get the cream/I turned a thousand to a million, started with a dream, hey,” he raps.

And there are at least two more new works to come. The artist briefly shared, then removed a pair of previously unheard tracks: “Westside” featuring Snoop Dogg and “Queen of the Zoo” which, according to Complex, “falls in the vein of Fetty’s many gangsta love songs.”
Fetty was easily 2015’s biggest breakthrough star, at one stage charting three simultaneous top 20 hits with “My Way” “679,” featuring Remy Boyz, and his signature hit “Trap Queen”. By achieving ranks at Nos. 8, 9 & 11 with his first three hits, Fetty Wap equaled an honor previously earned only by the Beatles. He also became the first act to simultaneously chart his first four charting singles in the top 10 of Hot Rap Songs. Fetty Wap’s self-titled debut album hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after its release last September, and he’s a finalist 11 times in 10 categories for the May 22 Billboard Music Awards.
