A month after releasing their album, Egos & Expectations, the Airplane Boys share the music video for their latest single, “On the Low.”
The Warren Credo-directed video features the duo — consisting of Bon Voyage and Beck Motley — on auto-pilot, and dating women who are interested in everything but who they really are.
Check out the video below, premiered here on The Juice:
“‘On the Low’ represents our playful take on when people are attracted to you for what we feel are the wrong reasons,” APB’s Beck Motley tells Billboard. “A lot of the composition and imagery you see in the video are places where we grew up at when we were on our “trial and error” dates in Scarborough, Toronto. Ultimately, we wanted the piece to feel sexy, but yet strange.”
“On the Low” follows the video premiere of APB’s “Scarborough Kids,” which captures them riding around their hometown and with familair faces such as Toronto FC’s Dwayne De Rosario, Washington Capitals’ Joel Ward and October’s Very Own affiliates.
