
Just over a week after a Ferguson grand jury failed to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed teen Michael Brown, a Staten Island grand jury has chosen not to bring charges in the death of Eric Garner, a New York man who died after being placed in a chokehold by New York officer Daniel Pantaleo.
