Before Drake‘s fourth studio effort Views From the 6 makes its grand entrance this Friday (April 29), the 6 God will host a global listening party on Beats 1 Radio, Apple Music announced in a Tumblr post.
For a special edition of the rapper’s weekly radio show OVOSOUND Radio, Drake will sit down with Zane Lowe for what he describes as a “MAJOR interview” and presumably stream the album in full. Billboard has reached out to reps for Apple Music and Drake for comment.
Tune into OVOSOUND Radio on Beats 1 this Thursday at 7PM PST / 10PM EST / 3AM GMT @applemusic. #VIEWS pic.twitter.com/n0DLvcuSTK

Everything We Know About Drake’s ‘Views From the 6’ (So Far)
Past Drake releases include the dancehall-inspired number “One Dance” featuring WizKid and Kyla (which is currently two-stepping at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100) as well as the Kanye West and Jay Z-assisted “Pop Style.” He has also delivered the warm weather anthem “Summer Sixteen,” while a number of leaks — like the Pimp C-featuring “Faithful,” “Controlla” featuring Popcaan and the folk-y record “These Days” — have popped up online.
Earlier this week, the Toronto MC announced his plans for the summer: the seventh annual OVO Fest in his native city going down July 29 to Aug. 1 as well as his Summer Sixteen Tour alongside What a Time to Be Alive collaborator Future.
