Many football fans were pleased with the Alabama Crimson Tide’s victory over the Georgia Bulldogs in the College Football Playoff National Championship last night, and Drake was one of them.
The rapper seemingly made a bet with rapper Quavo of the Migos prior to the big game, and wasted no time claiming his winnings. Drake posted his reaction as an Instagram story immediately following the win, exclaiming, “Quavo, I need my chips with the Huncho Jack dip, my boy!”

Drake continued to get his jokes in, as he called Quavo and said: “I’ll come pick you up from the airport… yeah, dat way!” He also called Alabama’s coach Nick Saban the “best coach of all time.” 2 Chainz was in the room watching the game with Drake, rooting for Georgia, and can be seen sitting in disappointment as he watches Drake flaunt his win.

This is definitely not the first time Drake has shown his excitement over a college game win, as he is known to be a huge sports fan, frequently showcasing his obsession with the Kentucky Wildcats basketball squad and even serving as Global Ambassador for the Toronto Raptors of the NBA.
