Drake has been keeping busy across the pond. After invading the 2016 Brit Awards in London for a performance of Rihanna‘s dancehall chart-topper “Work,” he hopped on stage at Shoreditch venue Village Underground for a special cameo on The Section Boyz’ Sectioned tour.

He also announced his signing to U.K. rapper Skepta’s indie label Boy Better Know on his Instagram. “The first Canadian signed to BBK,” Drizzy wrote on Instagram on Wednesday night (Feb. 25). “Big up my brudda@skeptagram for life yeah. And my section gunners too. —-”
Section Boyz, a South London rap crew, has been featured on Drake’s Beats show OVO Sound Radio, while Skepta is an English grime MC who collaborated with the Toronto rapper on tracks like Wizkid’s “Ojuelegba” remix.
Last year, Drizzy also brought out Skepta for a performance of his hit “Shutdown” at the Wireless Festival, sparking rumors that Skepta would land a deal with OVO Sound.
Billboard has reached out to reps for Drake and Skepta for comment.
