Che “Rhymefest” Smith has inserted himself into the recent feud between Drake and Pusha T to call out Kanye West over Donda’s House, a nonprofit co-founded by the two Chicago rappers in honor of West’s late mother.
“@Drake when G.O.O.D. Music sends the money they owe you, will you please help us rebuild Kanye’s mothers house for the youth of Chicago. I spoke to Kanye about it. His response was ‘fuck the youth of Chicago,'” Rhymefest tweeted Saturday morning (May 26).
The tweet was in reference to a beef between Drake and Pusha T, who exchanged diss tracks Friday evening. In Drake’s song “Duppy Freestyle,” a response to Pusha’s “Infrared,” the Toronto rapper mentions West and implies Pusha T’s new album, Daytona, wouldn’t sell many copies.
“Tell ’Ye we got an invoice comin’ to you/ Considering we just sold another 20 for you,” raps Drake, who later shared a photo of an actual invoice to GOOD Music on Instagram.

Rhymefest used the faux invoice as an opportunity to draw attention to West’s alleged abandonment of the organization, which has plans to turn ‘Ye’s childhood home into a recording studio, museum and learning space for Chicago youth.
On Friday, Donda’s House issued a statement on its website, addressing how many supporters have turned their backs on the nonprofit following West’s recent pro-Trump comments.
“While we cannot and do not speak for Kanye West and his views, we can and will speak up for the youth that we serve,” Donda’s House reps wrote. “We ask that those who feel hurt, angered by or frustrated with Kanye West not penalize or throw away their support, respect and advocacy for us.”
The statement also claims that West has not responded to multiple attempts by Donda’s House to secure funding for ongoing projects.
“As we seek support to convert Kanye’s childhood home into a recording studio, museum and learning space — we have been unable to secure the financial support of Kanye despite multiple attempts, and despite those early conversations about his plan of support and advocacy for the youth in our programs.”
West had not responded to Rhymefest’s tweet, nor addressed his current involvement in Donda’s House as of press time.
