With a major snowstorm expected to hit the Northeast this weekend, the Philadelphia Police Department is making sure it creates a safe environment for its civilians. It’s also making a solid effort to go viral.
The Philly cops took Drake’s “Hotline Bling” and turned it into a PSA video about how you should call them on your cell phone if someone is illegally claiming a parking spot with traffic cones.
