DJ Khaled is carving a nice lane for himself on the movie circuit. After making an appearance on the set of the forthcoming film Pitch Perfect 3 in March, Khaled has reportedly been added to the mix for Spider-Man: Homecoming.
According to FACT Mag, Khaled was on the New York set for the Marvel film this past weekend. The “All I Do Is Win” star announced the news on his Snapchat after he finished filming a scene with comic book creator Stan Lee and actor Tom Holland, who will play protagonist Peter Parker.
It’s unclear whether Khaled was given a speaking role or a walk-on appearance. Billboard reached out to DJ Khaled’s reps for comment.
On the hip-hop front, Khaled continues to make a monstrous impact. On Friday (April 28), he released his star-studded single “I’m the One” featuring Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne, and Migos’ Quavo. Khaled is currently preparing his tenth album Grateful with expected appearances by Nicki Minaj, Drake, Future, and more.
