The Hood Internet has been reveling in the irony — and frequent glory — of mashing up hip-hop and indie rock for years. Recently, they combined Desiigner’s Hot 100-topping “Panda” with Radiohead’s new single “Burn the Witch,” and we never realized how much they were meant to be together.
The song is essentially the “Panda” vocals and percussive beat matched to the urgent string arrangement of the Radiohead track — a simple concept, but it all syncs together quite well. And then there’s the Desiigner-meets-Radiohead Photoshop job, another staple in the Chicago duo’s tradition.

Now that “Panda” finally has an official music video, perhaps the next logical step is to get someone to place a wandering, despondent Thom Yorke alongside Desiigner and Kanye.
