Democratic nominee Joe Biden made his way down to the Peach State on Tuesday (Oct. 27), holding a drive-in rally in Atlanta, Georgia one week ahead of the Nov. 3 presidential election.
The event had a little extra swag, thanks to Common and Offset, who took the stage to perform. After his powerful performance, Common introduced the Migos rapper as an Atlanta native and “one of your greats who has been about voting and has a story to tell.”
“We got Offset here,” Common continued. “He been speaking up about voting for as long as I’ve known the man. I’ve got to say, it’s just been touching my heart to hear his story, and hear what he’s done.”
The duo also took to Instagram after the event, with Offset sharing photos alongside Biden checking out his chain. “Go vote @joebiden …..” he captioned the photos.
“We’re in #Atlanta today on our GOTV Tour encouraging folks to vote and spreading a message of love, hope and joy,” Common captioned his post. See it here.
