With his Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour just weeks away, Chris Brown goes retro in his newest video for the single “Hope You Do.” The black-and-white visual finds Brown showing off his signature dance moves as he reflects on a lover during a late night out on the town.
The 29-year-old singer gives off Bad-era Michael Jackson vibes while gliding through alleys, tunnels, and stairways with equally dapper backup dancers by his side. Directed by Brown himself along with Daniel CZ (G-Eazy, Jeremih, Mac Miller), the video shows the performer’s world going topsy-turvy just as he sings about “mixing that liquor.”
