Model Kevin Brophy is suing Cardi B over what he says is his appearance on her Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 mixtape cover, claiming he never signed off on having his image used in a sexual manner. According to TMZ, Brophy claims to have never met the “Bodak Yellow” singer, but knows his distinct back tattoo of a tiger fighting a snake is being used, which he’s had for over a decade.
The model is reportedly suing the Bronx artist and her management for upwards of $5 million. In documents obtained by TMZ, Brophy says his adolescent son keeps asking him about the sexual artwork used for the mixtape. See the 2016 project cover in question below.
Billboard has reached out to Atlantic Records for further comment.
