After already admitting that the intro to Offset’s solo album made her cry twice, Cardi B continues to share details regarding her husband’s anticipated project. The Bronx-bred rapper took to Instagram on Sunday (Nov. 25), where she said that Set’s untitled solo effort would indeed arrive on his 27th birthday next month (Dec. 14). Offset previously tweeted the same date on Nov. 6.
“Fine ass. I’ll suck ya dick right thruu this phone,” Bardi captioned the intimate post. “Hubby album coming 12-14.”
In a recent interview with the Atlanta native, Offset shared what type of content fans can expect from his upcoming LP, which will remain feature-free. “I’m talking about relevant situations that have occurred over the last 18 or 24 months, like me being in the crash, my kids, my family time and me being married. There’s different parts of my life,” he relayed to Billboard. “The ups and downs of being in music, the feeling of people doubting me and being the underdog to becoming the big dog.”
Offset hopes the project will last with fans, explaining that it is more relatable to them. “I’m not really talking too much about Pateks and Lambos because it’s not relatable,” he continued. “That’s almost like bubblegum rap now, how the people are accepting it. They just get two days of playing it, then it’s over with. This can last and people can feel it.”
