Cardi B is offering up one last taste of her upcoming Invasion of Privacy album with the new track “Be Careful,” which dropped first thing Friday (March 30).
Accompanying the steady beat is Cardi’s vocals, slower and slightly more R&B than her usual high-energy verses. It seems as though she is calling out Offset and his rumored infidelity directly, musing, “I wanna get married, like the Curries, Steph and Ayesha shit,” she raps. “But we more like Belly, Tommy and Keisha shit/Gave you TLC, you wanna creep and shit/Poured out my whole heart to a piece of shit.”
Cardi B even sings a bit in the chorus: “The man I adore/I gave you everything, what’s mine is yours.”
Earlier Thursday, Cardi announced the single on Twitter, along with its colorful artwork. The photo shows the “Bodak Yellow” rapper decked in a futuristic pink mini-dress, fishnet stockings, bedazzled heels and a fluffy fur coat. The pink theme extends to the background, into a vanity room with pink furniture.

Invasion of Privacy is out April 6. The track list hasn’t been released yet, but we now know “Bodak Yellow,” “Bartier Cardi” (featuring 21 Savage) and “Be Careful” have made the cut. (Are we sensing a “B” theme?)
Listen to “Be Careful” below.
