Following 2017’s Saturation trilogy, alternative hip-hop group Brockhampton announced the first details of their upcoming fourth studio album, Iridescence, on Sunday (Aug. 26).
The clan tweeted what looks like a possible cover for the album — the neon-colored back of a man’s head — along with a tag that indicates that the record was “Made in London” and is due out in September.

Around the same time as the announcement, Brockhampton’s founding member, Kevin Abstract, took to his personal Twitter account to share his excitement for what’s ahead and thank his fans for all the love. “This year has been one long ass dream.” he shared.

Abstract also spoke out on the delayed released of the upcoming LP. “I just want us to keep making stuff we’re proud of and put it out when we’re ready. I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say thank you for your patience.” he shared on Twitter.
Earlier this year, the hip-hop group announced a new record titled the best years of our lives (whose title appears to have changed to Iridescence) and debuted a handful of songs including, “1998 TRUMAN,”, “1997 DIANA” and “TONYA.”
