Since last year, Bow Wow has been the butt of an unfortunate number of jokes and memes including the infamous #bowwowchallenge, where fans pretend to be enjoying the perks of the lavish lifestyle. But now, the 30-year-old rapper is getting back to the music, dropping a new song, “Yeaahh.”
The song was released from Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def Records, and features the Gucci Mane ad lib, “Yeaaaaaaaaa.” The hard-knocking beat mixes with Bow Wow’s lyrics about living the ballerific life in Atlanta, and ignoring his haters.
“So many stones in the watch, don’t know what time it is/ And my bitch is steady trippin’, got no time for the shit,” he raps. “So many bands in the safe, look like I robbed the bitch.”
For months, Bow Wow has been teasing his upcoming Greenlight 6 project. He also released a mixtape in 2016 with Soulja Boy titled, Ignorant Shit. Currently, the mutli-media star appears on season two of Growing Up Hip Hop: ATL on WEtv.
