Blacc Zacc is going major. Billboard learned on Thursday (Sept. 26) that the Dirty Money Entertainment CEO has inked a new deal to become Interscope Records’ latest signee.
The deal comes in partnership with South Coast Music Group, which is also home to rising superstar DaBaby and Toosii. “Signing to Interscope was like a dream come true,” Zacc tells Billboard. “I stayed down a long time for this. Now I have the machine that can help me take over the world. Time to turn Interscope into the TRAP!” The deal comes in partnership with Arnold Taylor and Daud “King” Carter of South Coast Music Group.
The Trappin Like Zacc rapper also flexes about his embarrassment of riches and fresh label deal with the ink still drying in the self-indulgent “Chump Change” video, which premieres below. “I just signed a deal and I ain’t acting like I’m broke/ Yeah, I got it bitch/ They dropped that bag at Interscope/ I’m still in the Hellcat with the 30 on the pole/ Won’t hesitate to smoke a little rapper like a pope,” the South Carolina native raps over distorted production.
