
Late rapper Christopher “Big Pun” Rios’ mother may be a repeat bank robber. A 63-year-old woman named Gail Simpson who was arrested in Miami in September after robbing a Wells Fargo is believed to be Gail Tirado, according to online people searches — Big Rios’ mother’s known surname.
Simpson was on probation already for an attempted armed robbery in April, according to the Florida Department of Corrections.

Rios died of a heart attack in 2000 when he was 28. If he were alive today, he would be 43.
Earlier in September, TMZ reported Rios’ widow is suing her husband’s mentor Fat Joe for allegedly not sharing royalties Rios’ catalogue including hit “I’m Not A Player” after his death.
