Big Boi made the most of his first Major League Soccer game, and he shared the experience all over social media Sunday (Nov. 25).
“My 1st soccer Game ! Let’s Get to it ! #ATLHO,” the rapper wrote from his hometown’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where Atlanta United FC beat the New York Red Bulls 3-0 in leg one of the Eastern Conference final.
In clips posted on Instagram and Twitter, Big Boi can be seen pumping up the crowd with a chant in support of Atlanta United and striking the Golden Spike — and he even took a shot kicking the ball on the field himself.
The second leg of the conference final will be on Thursday at Harrison, N.J.’s Red Bull Arena.
