Azealia Banks has to unfortunately cancel her performance at Glastonbury due to vocal rest, she tells Billboard exclusively via a statement.
“Today I was put on vocal rest by my Doctor which is forcing me to cancel Glastonbury [sic]” she says. “You have no idea how frustrated and sad this makes me because I love the U.K and Glastonbury so much, you have all supported me from the early days and I was really looking forward to putting on an incredible show for you all, rain or shine!”

Azealia Banks was scheduled to perform on on Saturday, June 27. Her set time has been filled with The Strypes, according to the festival’s Twitter profile (via NME).
NEWS: Azealia Banks has had to pull out of her Saturday Other Stage performance. She will be replaced by The Strypes.

The rapper/singer plans to hit the stage as soon as her health gets better: “Please know, that as soon as I’m allowed to be on stage again, when I have a full bill of health, I will be back! I hope you understand and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.”
