6ix9ine has had his fair share of controversy lately, as a few of his shows in Los Angeles were canceled due to gang-related threats. On Wednesday morning (Feb. 21), 6ix9ine seemingly caught up with a few of his rivals while in Los Angeles, as TMZ reports the rapper was involved in a brawl outside the Los Angeles International Airport.
In a video obtained by TMZ, 69’s crew members approached a male who was “shouting and pointing fingers” at the rapper. The “Gummo” rapper was pulled away from the scene by someone in his camp but later returned to join his friends in the brawl. The video shows Tekashi hitting the pavement at one point, but the rapper and his crew eventually stopped and headed inside the airport.
The rapper, who is set to release his debut project Day69 on Friday, responded to the fight on his Instagram saying he’s “STILL UNTOUCHED.” He then uploaded the video of the airport fight himself and addressed those who believe the incident was staged for promotion for his upcoming mixtape.
