The countdown to Power’s upcoming third season is winding down as viewers await Ghost, Tommy, Kanaan and company to return to small screens.
On Wednesday night, the Power premiere packed Hollywood and music’s VIPs in Manhattan’s SVA Theatre as the likes of executive producer/star 50 Cent, actors Omari Hardwick, Joseph Sikora and show creator Courtney A. Kemp came together for the screening.
As James “Ghost” St. Patrick aims to rule New York’s nightclub space on-screen, Billboard pressed the actors for their business pro tips. Sikora, who plays Tommy, offered a simple “invest in real estate” while Hardwick himself shared this advice: “Make sure that you believe in the product that’s being sold to you.”
Kemp took a more soulful approach with this deep life lesson: “Know your worth,” she said. “Know what you can do that makes you specifically. Know what you can do specifically that no one else can because that’s actually how you get paid.”
Power premieres on Starz on July 17 at 9 p.m. ET.
