“Bounce” was one of those records that made us realize that we probably need to do some more songs and put ’em out,” says Tity Boi in part two of their joint interview with Genius. Tunechi also chimed in, “Man, we rappin’, flat out. We rappin’…And nobody know how to rap these days.”
2 Chainz recalled feeling the heat at Miami’s Hit Factory, where both rhymers laid down the track. “I got my engineer and my chef there; they tellin’ me, ‘Oooh n—a, what you gonna say now?’,” he offers. “He talking about some friendly competition? He’s on my ass every time he go in the motherfuckin’ booth.”
