Despite being marred by a gruesome leg injury, 2 Chainz’s exuberance remains at an all-time high. On Friday night (Oct. 27), Chainz landed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with Travis Scott to deliver a performance of his high-powered single “4 AM.”
Chainz, clad in a swanky cherry colored outfit and matching bandana, gave the audience members a hearty helping of his trap-infused banger while rapping from his pink wheelchair. “Reminiscin’ ’bout the trap, playin’ the first Carter/ My life changed when I had my first daughter,” rapped Chainz while being accompanied by three dancers. Later, Scott zipped across the stage to deliver his Auto-Tune drenched hook.
“You see I never took you for the poppin’ type/ Damn, it’s 4 AM so please believe the hype,” crooned the Houston native.
Later, Chainz discussed his recovery with Fallon while being accompanied by his French Bulldog, Trappy. Later, to the crowd’s delight, Trappy stole the show and fell asleep right on Chainz’s lap. Check out his energetic performance and fun interview with Fallon below.
