Pretty In Pink is nearly 30, but John Hughes’ classic rom-com will never get old.
Actor Jon Cryer certainly wasn’t showing his age when he appeared on The Late Late Show, where he reprised his Duckie role for a replay of the record store dance sequence with the talk show’s host, James Corden.
Corden later tweeted that he’d “fulfilled a childhood dream” with the slick routine.
Watch the pair as they get their moves on and their lips syncing to Otis Redding’s “Try a Little Tenderness.”
And to jog your memory, here’s the original scene from the 1986 classic Pretty in Pink.
So tonight I fulfilled a childhood dream with @MrJonCryer #Duckie #DuckieFever #PrettyInPink http://t.co/tYeypKSeNk
