Swifties’ wildest dreams have come true: They get to hear more of Taylor Swift‘s re-recorded catalog.
The new version of her 2015 hit “Wildest Dreams” can be heard in the upcoming trailer for the Dreamworks Animation film Spirit Untamed, which Swift teased Friday (March 12) on her Instagram Story. “Thank you #SpiritUntamed for using Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version) in your new trailer!!” she wrote.
Spirit Untamed follows the story of a girl named Lucky Prescott who moves back in with her father, voiced by Jake Gyllenhaal, in the quaint town of Miradero, where she finds kinship with a wild mustang.
This isn’t the first time a version of “Wildest Dreams” has appeared onscreen: Netflix’s hit Regency-era drama series Bridgerton soundtracked a sex montage of Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon, the Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page) with the Vitamin String Quartet‘s arrangement of Swift’s 1989 track.
Fans are starting to wonder the order in which Swift plans to re-record her albums, since 1989 is the fifth album in the sequence. She’ll release Fearless (Taylor’s Version), the freshly minted edition of her sophomore breakthrough full-length LP and first No. 1 project, on April 19. The updated lead single, “Love Story (Taylor’s Version),” arrived last month and earned the pop superstar her first No. 1 debut on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.
Spirit Untamed will be released in theaters on June 4.
