With only five shows remaining on the United States leg of her Reputation Stadium Tour, Taylor Swift is savoring the special moments — like making history at major stadiums around the country.
In a note of gratitude posted on Instagram, the pop star says her fans broke the concert attendance record at the 67,000-plus capacity Lucas Oil Stadium Saturday night (Sept. 15). She shared the update alongside a set of instant-photo snapshots of herself, presumably taken with her special-edition Fujifilm Instax camera, set to release in October.
“A huge thank you to everyone who came to the show last night in Indianapolis,” she wrote. According to her post, “You guys broke the concert attendance record at Lucas Oil Stadium, and I loved dancing with you.”
She added: “It’s pretty surreal that we only have 5 shows left in America cause it feels like this tour just started. See you in St Louis.”
Besides breaking records, Swift got to catch up with Kelsea Ballerini backstage at her Indianapolis concert.
“Biggest fan and proudest friend,” the country singer said of Swift.
Before making her way overseas, Swift performs in St. Louis (Sept. 18) and New Orleans (Sept. 22), and heads to Texas for shows in Houston (Sept. 29) and Arlington (Oct. 5 and 6).
