Earlier this month, Taylor Swift helped make a young fan’s dream come true. Now, the 4-year-old Jalene Salinas who’d been fighting an aggressive form of terminal brain cancer has passed away.

Swift spent 20 minutes on the phone with Salinas, whose final wish was to dance with the pop star to “Shake It Off.”
Salinas’ mother shared the news on Facebook Monday that her daughter had passed the way before, saying “Jalene gained her beautiful angel wings.”
On Tuesday, Swift sent flowers to the family, wishing them all her love.
