Superorganism appeared on Conan last night (Sept. 24) for a performance of their electro pop-infused song “Everybody Wants to Be Famous.” The track comes from the band’s self-titled debut album, which was released in March.
The performance begins with lead singer Orono Noguchi lounging in a lawn chair, being tended to by the back-up vocalists. Later during the song, Noguchi fiddles with a pitch adjuster, sending her vocals up and down the scale.
The three-and-a-half minute performance is filled with plenty of bouncy synths, flashing neon lights and a whole lot of interesting dance moves to add to your repertoire.
