With the Canadian rapper’s mixture of rap and R&B sounds and Sia’s impressive vocal range and out-of-the-box artistic expression, there’s no question a collaboration between the two would excite both artists’ massive fanbases.
Sia has written hit songs for previous Drake collaborators, including Beyoncé, who worked with Drake on “Mine” and Sia on “Pretty Hurts,” both from her 2013 self-titled album. Sia also wrote Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” which was a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit. Rihanna and Drake are seasoned collaborators, with their hit singles “Work,” “What’s My Name,” “Take Care” and the brand-new “Too Good.”
