
Social-media star Sammy Wilk released a music video for his latest single “Aye Ma” on Thursday (July 9), and — with a little help from his fellow socials stars — he had #AyeMaMusicVideo trending in the United States on Twitter.
Wilk, a 19-year-old from Omaha, Nebraska, has been traveling around the U.S. since June performing at DigiFest. His latest music video stars himself and a scantily-clad woman on a beach dancing.
Vine Stars Jack & Jack Make Rap Chart Debut
For the week beginning June 5, “Aye Ma” sold 4,000 downloads in the U.S., according to Nielsen Music. Wilk’s most popular song is 2014’s “Could You Be the One?,” which sold 11,000 downloads.
