
New York rapper/singer/producer Outasight brings the funk to the opener for ESPN’s new franchise NBA Saturday Primetime with his smash hit “The Boogie.”

The RPM MSC signee has been known to jam (See: the swaggy track “The Wild Life”). “The Boogie” will serve as the regular broadcast open before the ABC NBA Finals team — comprised of heavyweights Mike Breen, Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson — rock the mic as commentators for all eight Saturday Primetime games.
This isn’t the first time his work has placed on a huge platform. In 2011, Outasight’s (real name Richard Andrew) platinum-selling single “Tonight is the Night” was featured in a national Pepsi campaign.
