One Direction fans were worried about the fate of Liam Payne after a photo circulated of the boy-band member standing on the ledge of a London building.
The 20-year-old singer was photographed after climbing out of his London high-rise apartment, located on the 34th floor, reports the Daily Mail.
The snapshot began circulating on Sunday, but on Tuesday Payne apologized to the band’s worried, loyal fan base.
“You may have seen a photo of me today taken on top of a building,” he tweeted on Tuesday. “I regret being there and having a photo taken. … It was a stupid and irresponsible thing to do. I am sorry, and do not endorse any fans trying to repeat this, as it is extremely dangerous.”
Payne’s high-rise walk isn’t the first daredevil stunt he’s tried — in November, he wrestled Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle in honor of 1D Day.

Worse things have happened, I’m sure we’ll be fine 😉
