Horan is referring to the U.K. electorate’s majority decision to vote in favor of the Brexit plan. This means the United Kingdom is destined to withdraw from the 28-state European Union, which was assembled after World War II to foster trade and unity amongst its members.

He went on to harshly criticize Nigel Farage, leader of the U.K. Independence Party.
