But the internet flips back to this beloved meme every April 30, the last day before May. His former *NSYNC bandmate Lance Bass kicked things off this year with a TikTok dance challenge (also for International Dance Day on Thursday). Videos of JC Chasez singing “It’s gonna be May” into the microphone during *NSYNC’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2018 are also a popular option this time of year.
But forget JT’s ramen-noodle hair, because Kraft Macaroni and Cheese crafted Timberlake’s popular 2000s hairstyle with their own pasta. And one TikTok user showed a video of their custom flipbook (which took more than 40 hours to create) that pays homage to the original music video and spells out “It’s Gonna Be May” in its last few pages.
