Strapped up to a hospital bed and equipped heart rate monitor, contestants of the game are asked questions about their personal life to see what gets their heart rate rising, while they have to try and keep their cool. This results in a hilarious questions and equally funny responses.

A nervous Jonas was asked whether or not Miley Cyrus‘ “7 Things” video was actually about him, and was reminded of a particular Central Park date with Gomez when the two were teens.
The “Close” singer turned especially red when asked about Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke by Jonas’ Jumanji costar Jack Black, who popped in as a surprise guest.
