Natasha Bedingfield ended 2017 with what she described as the “happiest new Year ever,” after she welcomed her first child into the world – a beautiful baby boy.
The “Pocketful of Sunshine” singer took to Instagram to announce the birth of the newest addition to her little family, with husband Matt Robinson, who she wed back in 2009.
“Omg! Guess what just happened at the very end of this year!” Bedingfield captioned the Instagram post, which showed her lying in her hospital bed with a Starbucks holiday cup labeled “Mum.”
On Thursday (Jan. 4) she uploaded another photo of her son — whose named has yet to be revealed — leaving the hospital and heading out into the world. “I wonder what the world looks like the very first time you go out into it?” she captioned the adorable pic. “We are thrilled to welcome our son into our arms this week and take him home. To witness the many firsts. What a pure soul he is. I feel so blessed .”
