Who had the best time during the Elton John “I’m Still Standing” tribute at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night (Jan. 30)? Miley Cyrus, of course. The 25 year-old singer posted a series of pics on Instagram showing off her glittery homage to John’s legendarily outrageous stagewear, which in Miley’s case consisted of a long-sleeved silver shirt with plunging neckline and matching hotpants and knee-high boots.
Miley had fun with the cheeky shoot, writing, “Backstage “I’m Still Standing” @eltonjohn tribute! #BitchIsBack.”

The all-star Elton John: I’m Still Standing- A Grammy Salute, taped at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York and will be broadcast later in 2018 on CBS. It follows similar tributes to Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, Frank Sinatra and Bee Gees, presented by The Recording Academy, AEG Ehrlich Ventures and CBS.
Like those specials, the John event took advantage of the A-list talent in town for Sunday’s (Jan. 28) Grammy Awards, with Kesha, Miranda Lambert, John Legend, Little Big Town, Chris Martin, Maren Morris, Sam Smith and Keith Urban slated to perform.
Cyrus and John performed together at the 2018 Grammy Awards, singing his classic hit “Tiny Dancer.”
