On top of a tasty-looking teacup cake, tiaras and her very own fairy wand, Brit received some sparkly balloons from fellow jaw-dropper, Miley Cyrus.
The pop icon Instagrammed her gratitude for the gift. With Britney’s name spelled in simple sparkly silver (as opposed to Smiley Miley’s usual kaleidoscopic color scheme), Cyrus sure knows how to keep fans guessing.
Lest you forget, the two go way back. Spears lent her signature breathy vocals to the tune “SMS (Bangerz)” off Miley’s Bangerz album.
