Michael Bolton debuted a new love song last night on John Oliver’s HBO show Last Week Tonight — but this one had a slightly unusual dedication. Rather than singing to a woman who broke his heart or a paramour he’ll never forget, Bolton serenaded a force that hangs heavy over every American’s life: the IRS.
