While Meghan Trainor has had some major artists like Charlie Puth and John Legend featured in her music, but her upcoming album will include some unlikely special guests.
“I’ve been in the studio every day with my family,” the 24-year-old singer told Entertainment Weekly. “My entire family sings on every song and [fiancé] Daryl [Sabara] sings on every song. My father plays the piano and organs on one song.”
The singer just finished up her third studio album, which doesn’t have a release date yet. “It’s really special. It’s obviously me being in love and happy, and reminding myself to choose happiness and love myself.”
The “All About the Bass” singer’s year is generally off to a great start. She just got engaged to Spy Kids actor Sabara in December after dating for a year and a half. She also is a judge on Fox’s new musical competition show The Four alongside Diddy, DJ Khaled and host Fergie.
