The band appeared without SZA, who’s featured on the single, so Levine took over her vocal parts for the performance.
In an interview segment with Ellen, the frontman confirmed that he and wife Behati Prinsloo — and their first child, daughter Dusty Rose –will be welcoming a baby girl to the family.
“It is a girl. having another girl,” Levine announced.
“Whether you like it or not, you’re gonna be involved,” he joked about Ellen helping the couple name their next little lady. “It’ll be a collaborative effort.”
And in a “Show Me More” bonus clip that is arguably the best part of Levine’s visit, Ellen set up hidden cameras in Levine’s dressing room, where he was wearing an earpiece and had to say anything she told him to say. Needless to say, a food delivery man found himself in an awkward situation.
