Marina Announces Double Album ‘LOVE + FEAR,’ Tour Dates

Actually, her name’s Marina! On Thursday (Feb. 14), the pop star formerly known as Marina and the Diamonds announced her new double album LOVE + FEAR is on its way.

On social media, the Welsh singer revealed that each half of the forthcoming LP will contain eight tracks — making a complete set of 16 songs — and that the dual album is slated for release on April 26.

The announcement follows the release of “Handmade Heaven,” Marina’s first solo single in over four years, which saw the now-eponymous star return to her near-operatic roots on the lushly angelic mid-tempo track.

On Twitter, the “Primadonna” songstress also announced the first leg of her upcoming headlining tour, which kicks off on April 29 in the U.K. More shows in the rest of the world will be announced soon.

LOVE + FEAR will be Marina’s first studio album since 2015’s Froot, as well as the first since dropping her “and the Diamonds” stage name earlier this year. Check out the album announcement and tour dates below.
