Mariah Carey felt grateful for a lot of things Thursday morning (Jan. 28) — including “old Shawn Mendes songs.”
Mimi hilariously re-created Mendes’ original picture from Wednesday when he spread his arms out and basked in the sun during a walk. “Grateful. The sun, coffee, my health, my family, old Mariah Carey songs, music, humans!!!” he listed in his Instagram caption, prompting Sam Smith, Charlie Puth and other artists to ask which of her hits he had cued up for his sunny stroll.
The “Butterfly” superstar spread out her arms in a similar stance, and the same “grateful” feeling showed on her face. “The sun, tea, my health, my family, old Shawn Mendes songs, music, humans!!!” she listed for her caption on Twitter.
