Rising electro-pop duo Broods are back with a new single, “Heartlines,” and it’s likely to net the siblings some new fans thanks to the song’s chart-topping co-writer, fellow Kiwi Lorde.

After a lengthy hiatus (she hasn’t released a single of her own since 2014 and most recently appeared on the Disclosure collabo “Magnets” in 2015), Lorde returns with this co-writing credit.
While “Heartlines” most certainly exists in the sonic realm of Broods and not Lorde, you can get a hint of the “Royals” singer’s touch on some of the lyrics (“I don’t always play nice, but I want to feel your heartlines”).
