Talk about a teenage dream.
“We definitely want to collaborate with One Direction,” Thirlwall said. “We saw Liam at the iTunes gig and he said he wanted to write with us for the next album, so that would be good.”
The news may be a bit surprising for fans of the groups, as there may have been expected bad blood between the two groups given that Zayn Malik dumped Little Mix-er Perrie Edwards, his former fiancee. But happily, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
In a separate interview, One Direction recently raved about some of Little Mix’s hits, pointing out faves such as “Black Magic” and new single “Love Me Like You.”
Full on group-to-group collaboration coming? We can dream.
