Looks like the song playing during the Area 51 raid will be none other than “Old Town Road.”
The newest remix of Lil Nas X’s chart-topping track, featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, Young Thug and Mason Ramsey now has a music video, celebrating what made the country rapper viral: Twitter memes.
The goofy animated visual centers around the Area 51 meme, which took over the Twitterverse this week when a Facebook event titled “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us” gained more than a million RSVPs.
YouTube music critic and fellow meme-lover Anthony Fantano appears in the video as an Area 51 guard, allowing Lil Nas X, Cyrus, Young Thug and Ramsey to raid the base in search of aliens.
Other memes in the video include Keanu Reeves’ head on manga character Naruto’s body, Young Thug riding a snake instead of a horse and Lil Nas X pulling a panini out of his holster instead of a gun.
